HealtheFolk Friday: Osteoporosis Prevention and Fitness Tips

Osteoporosis can be uncomfortable to live with and the best way to ensure protection or some security is with preventive measures. This prevention can be found in a good fitness program. However, with any fitness program, make sure to consult your doctor if you have any knee or back pain. Here at The Old Folks Know Best, we believe in prevention and if you begin to take the steps now or as you move into senior age, then your body will love you for it later.
